I was just watching season 4 and in Doomed Giles has a map of Sunnydale. He’s plotting all of the sightings of the Initiative. You can see the ocean and all the other geographical elements that show up in the show.

Am I the only one who would rather see Milla Jovovich playing a Slayer if they make a new movie? I mean she isn’t exactly the right age but she could pull it off.

Great episode of Watchercast, thanks for posting the re-edited version. (I listened to version 1 and kept thinking “See what happens when you record sans Kathleen….we’re missing the first half!” I really like “Go Fish”, because any scene involving Xander undercover in a Speedo is just fine, fine comedy.

Funny side note, made the mistake of listening to this ep of Watchercast while getting ready for work, and nearly put my eye out in a tragic snort of laughter/mascara wand incident. (Troy, I would happily pay to hear you do a Stilted-Afterschool-Special of “Beer Bad”!)
In line with your comments on the V reboot, I could have sworn I read somewhere Alan Tudyk was going to be on V as well….was I dreaming that?

Can’t wait for Becoming Part I. Would it be possible to give some warning prior to when you’re going to record? I really, REALLY want to see and hear Kathleen’s comments re: Buffy’s fashion at Hemmery High in LA, as well as David Boreanaz’s painful Irish accent. (Oh and to hear/see the screams of delight when your fave slayer of all time returns with her fine, fine accent.)

Just wanted to up my nerd quotient by pointing out that Wentworth’s full character name was Gage Petronzi. Also, MEGA-SUPER-HYPER-EXCITED about the “V” reboot, can’t wait to see what they do w/ it based on the trailers! I’m a major “V” nerd from way back, so I’m frothing at the mouth in excitement over this new series. Hopefully it will at least be as cool as the original. Good to have the ‘cast back in action, good episode, gents!

BTW, just in case anyone listens to their episode and finds it sort of…short…we did have a problem with the initial MP3 that was put out for this episode. It’s been cleared up and a new copy has been posted. You will probably have to download it again, but the full episode should be just over one hour.

I though I saw Alan Tudyk in there, too.. as well as the actor who plays Agent… whats his name.. on Supernatural. (The African American gentleman in the suit and goattee in this clip…) I never saw the original, but will surely watch this!
